Good cleansing shampoo

I used this shampoo 3 times a week for 6 weeks straight in the spring. I've seen reviews online that it helped some people transition from washing their hair daily to every other day. But I was washing mine every other day to begin with. I found I could go longer without washing if I let my hair air dry and avoided adding oils or using hot tools. I continue to use this shampoo on and off when there's more buildup than usual because it makes my hair and scalp feel squeaky clean right after washing.

Noticing a difference with the oil in my hair

I've only used this 2x, and I'm really noticing a difference with the oil in my hair. There's is less oil, im in love, I had to wash my hair every single day, it was that bad, now I can skip to every other day, and hopefully I can wait 3 days to wah my hair eventually.
