Exchanges:
- To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be defective, and you must have received it within two weeks of your original purchase date.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the exchange.

- Responsibility: Boutique Deauville is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
- Shipping Damage: Boutique Deauville is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
