There are no refunds once a purchase has been made.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be defected and in the same condition that you received it within two weeks of your purchase date. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritations or allergies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Boutique Deauville is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Boutique Deauville is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
