Refunds: No refunds are available once a purchase has been made.

Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be defective, and you must have received it within two weeks of your original purchase date.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the exchange.
Skin Irritations or Allergies: We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for products returned due to skin irritations or allergies.

    Shipping:

    • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

    • Trackable Shipping: Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • Responsibility: Boutique Deauville is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

    Damages:

    • Shipping Damage: Boutique Deauville is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
